I had the game check my settings, and it runs me at the low graphics settings. My specs, according to Windows 10, are an AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor, 8.00 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, 圆4-based processor. The monitor will cut out, granting me a blank, black screen after telling me there is "no feedback" while the CPU still chugs and chugs. The computer will restart, going through the entire process onf "Shut down, boot up". What will happen is I'll be playing, then the computer craps out on me, and provides one of two issues: I've had this problem with other missions, but it was only ever once a day my computer was plagued thrice in one sitting on the same bloody mission.
I suspect XCOM 2 is a cause because the crashes only happen while I play XCOM2- I don't experience these issues while surfing the web, for instance.Ĭurrently, I am on the first mission with a Sectopod, and the computer tends to shut down in the mission. When he came and fixed the issues, however, the problems persisted in XCOM. Recently, we've had an electrician come by to work on house lighting, and I chalked it up to an error on his fault (what, with electrical circuits and all). I am experiencing issues with how XCOM 2 may or may not be shutting down my computer.
